Burger King - Scranton

Approaching Target, needed a snack. Bacon Cheeseburger: Bacony and Hot! Double Cheeseburger: Hot and Smoky! For less than $5...overlooking the Wyoming Valley! Less than 10 Minutes I'm parked at Target primed to shop my wife's list. ??

I frequent this restaurant often when I'm in the areashort lines and fresh food is what i'm used to, so no complaints from me.

Absolutely horrible! Order was completely wrong. Called they said they would remake it. Ok no problem. So I drive back up there. You would think they would meet you at the door... nope had to wait in line for 20 minutes! Ridiculous! That is not customer service! BK you have definitely gone down hill! And fast. That's the fastest you've gone in a while!

Food took 20 minutes to make and the workers were really sketchy and unprofessional, also heard a couple curses come out of the workers mouth. fries were good though

Wrong order. Lots of bread! Just not going there again. Didn't want to drive back to return it. Took home for kids. Not good. They didn't like it anymoreFood: 1/5
