Brick Oven Pizzeria - Scranton

Yesterday, Friday Aug 2nd, 2024, Kit and I stopped at 2 more Pizza Joint's that are on the Lackawanna County, PA Pizza Trail!!! The 1st was the BRICK OVEN PIZZERIA RESTAURANT, Kit Dwight had a Cheese and Broccoli Cut and I had a Old Forge Red Cut and then a Regular Plain Cut. All the cuts were delicious and had the regional flavor and taste. Most are made with a mixture of cheeses and some if not most don't use mozzarella as one of those that those of us from the New York, New Jersey area are use to!!! Either way, there are superb pizza and the average tasting pizza. So far today's cut's are leaning to the higher end!!!

The food is always delicious. The Brick Oven Bites are chunks of chicken without all of the breading We order several times per month and everything comes hot and loaded with toppings. Great food, service and delivery!

I just age the most awesome steak and cheese I've had in a long time from The brick oven. About 3 weeks ago I had a chef salad it was the most awesome chef salad I've ever had can't wait to have another Parking: Plenty of parking a huge park adequate parking handicaping lot

Can you leave 0 stars on food? The pizza was the worst I've ever had. Crust was like shoe leather and tasted like flour. Veggies were overcooked. I wish I could get the memory out of my mind!
