Zinburger Wine Burger - Scottsdale

Pretty good burger and fries. Food comes out fast and waitress kept our drinks filled. Parking isn't the most convenient and I'm not going to pay for valet parking.

First time eating here good food our service Kaitlyn was Awesome!!! We got Zinburger , fries, and The Banana cream pie excellent!! *Most Excellent Is* For whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13

First, the pros: the hamburgers are excellent, as well as the different sides such as zucchini fries. Our waiter, Isaiah, was superb. The weather was beautiful so we ate lunch outside under the striped canopy. The price was in the mid dollar range. The cons: Really, it's all about atmosphere. The tables did have linen tablecloths, but the arrangement was humdrum. The inside is stark wood, with large windows. As I walked through, I saw a few people eating lunch while working on their computers. Zinburger is located in Kierland Commons, a hip outdoor shopping center with upscale designer shops, restaurants and bars. If you're a millennial, I'm sure you would enjoy this restaurant and it's delicious hamburgers. As a baby boomer, the parking put me in a bad mood before I got there, and the starkness of the indoor atmosphere made me feel bleak.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The service was really bad. The waiter screwed up our drink order multiple times and forgot to punch in some of the food that we ordered so had to even wait longer to get them. The loaded fries were not so loaded and undercooked.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the wait staff was good but unfortunately the burger I got (Bruce Lee) was good quality but ultimately bland. I was disappointed as it sounded good but just the jalapenos had really any flavor. The two other people I was with had the same experience with their burgers so I will not be back and can't recommend.
