This place is fantastic, I adore the staff. It's always like entering an oasis that takes you to a different world. My latte was excellent.

They only offer a cup of water a little larger than a shot glass for free. Charge for any larger size cup of water. This reflects poorly on the ownership, I will no longer support a place that is this cheap.

They would not service me with my service dog . The lady said “he’s too small to be a service dog” which is ridiculous I hav documents that he is . It’s also illegal to ask the law states under the ADA and Arizona law, a public accommodation may not ask you questions about your disability or demand to see certification, identification, or other proof of your animal's training or status.” As a disabled veteran who’s fought for our country for who even offered to show paperwork this is crazy. Please train your workers. I could file A suit they discriminated

This is based on the Vietnamese coffee that I had there. I took it to go it's very strong but sweet. I recommend it if you like cold drinks.

The staff was friendly; the place was clean yet basic. I honestly did not like the coffee! Apparently they do not use syrups at all and instead use powder. I wanted an iced latte with 2 pumps of simple syrup but the closest thing was a caramel latte, asked for it half sweet and it came out way too sweet. Not sure if they messed it up or if it’s normally even more sweet.
