Teriyaki Madness - Scottsdale

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent and there were plenty of good, healthy options to choose from at a good value. We visited on Saturday afternoon, September 30, 2023 and were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki in regular size portions and were impressed by the generous serving size. The Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was also delicious and filling. We plan to try the Junior Size Meals next time. The restaurant offers a nice variety of sauces at each table and the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be returning and are already looking forward to trying the steak teriyaki. And as a final note, the restrooms were also exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

As first-time customers, we were impressed by the experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were pleased to see that they offered a military discount. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, even checking in on us during our meal. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned less than a week later. The parking situation was also convenient, with ample space even though there were other businesses sharing the lot. We will definitely be back again in the future.

I used to love the steak teriyaki at this restaurant, but recently I noticed some changes. The steak is now cut into very small strips and either the type of meat used or the cooking method seems to have changed because it tastes salty and tough. It's not the same as when the restaurant first opened. Additionally, I ordered a double order but it definitely did not seem like a double portion. Very disappointing.

Customer service is an issue I’ve had everything from a cook scream at me and the person behind the counter because a dog hair was in my bowl and I was not okay with another plate instead I asked for my money back never got my refund to them change how I can and cannot order depending of who is taking my order no consistency among stores or reps.

Always kind service, kid friendly options, can also make healthy options by choosing all veggies with protein bowls in lou of noodles/rice.
