Smashburger - Scottsdale

I wanted to get a burger. 25 minutes waiting for my order. No special requests or customized bits, simply from the menu. The man in front of me had waited even longer and could not get an answer from the cashier how much longer it would be. Speaking of cash, he really should find a new job. It's pretty clear he hates everyone and everything there. When I finally got my food, it was warm and tastes good, but this is really not enough, especially at the prices they give for the portions they give. My advice? Eat somewhere else. Or if you really want a burger, just go to the Whataburger over the street.

This was a pretty good burger I must say! I loved the service too.

Picture says it all. I have never seen a hamburger look or taste this bad. For their prices? you would think their burgers would be improved. This will be the last time we go.

Hunger curing burgers for sure. Unless you are extremely hungry you'll probably just need a single. I got the rosemary fries with mine and even though they weren't bad... I wish I just ordered the regular. The peanut butter milkshake was good especially on an afternoon in the desert. All and all this is a good burger place and I will definitely be back to try more.

Every time we come to this place, they get our order wrong. at several locations they served us cheeseburger without cheese. every other place I've never had a problem, but this is always bad.
