Saigon Nights - Scottsdale

Been eaten Pho for 30 years. Maybe the best bowl of Pho I've ever had, and that says a lot! Ingredients in broth was perfectly balanced, not too salty, not too sweet. They can say they don't cut corners on the broth. Bonus, the restroom was immaculately clean and modern! I'm definitely back!

The best authentic Vietnamese! We’re eating here for the last 8 years and it was always fresh, delicious and very authentic. The tofu pho and lemongrass spicy chicken are our favorites

The pho here is tasty, though the broth can be inconsistent at times. If you're pescatarian, you'll be happy to find fish balls offered in the pho. The menu is quite extensive, featuring options like banh mi and bun cha, but some regional specialties, such as beef stew and bun bo hue, are unfortunately not available. The service is quick, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

The highlight was the calamari, which was wonderfully fresh and lightly baked. The hot and sour soup was very different from the Chinese version, but it was fantastic, packed with vegetables. For our main courses, we ordered the Thai chicken pillows and a vermicelli bowl with pork and an egg roll. Both dishes were among the best I've ever tasted. The pad thai was delicate and not overly sweet or sticky, while the noodle dish was plentiful with fresh vegetables. The pork was tender, and the egg roll complemented the meal perfectly. There was a welcome absence of thickened sauces, salt, and sugar, which made for a healthier yet flavorful dining experience. Overall, it was an outstanding meal!

The food is fresh, authentic, and well-seasoned! The special pho is loaded with a variety of meats. There's a great selection, and the staff is very friendly.
