McDonald's - Scottsdale

I moved to the drive-dru intercom, with no one in the other track. No one has taken over my command! then 2 cars moved to the other track and both got their orders before someone took mine!

I know when I come to these mcdonalds, I will get my order quickly, and it will be right. the employees are nice. food: 3/5

I'm not a big parade of mcdonalds, but live super close to these Mcdonalds sites and I have to say that it's the cleanest and most comfortable mcdonalds I've ever had. the people who work here are super friendly, and honestly every interaction I had here was a positive. cleanliness: this location is super clean, distributed, and not claustrophobic, even at peak hours. I feel that the inside seat area is larger than the average mcdonald’s. the chairs and seats all look super clean and extinguish themselves. service: service is very friendly, fast and efficient. they get their food so fast and always with accuracy and smile. they are efficient both with walking-up service and in the through. on the other day I had a last minute wondering that might have been annoying for some, but I was kindly accommodated without hire. self-service: the mcdonald’s offers touchscreen options if you want to order yourself, inside, and this seems to work well here. Sometimes it seems that one or more of the screens does not work, but there are always at least a few working, and if a screen is out order, it is clearly designated as temporary from the service. others: overall I had a really positive experience when I am here. I also experienced a situation where a non-scan person who seemed to be on drug entered and began to harass some of the workers at the theke. they were super quiet and respectful for this person and showed quality and gratitude that went beyond and beyond what I could ever deliver in this situation. that has also won my respect for the employees at this place.

I ordered two LARGE #5s and a 4 piece nugget. Why my bag got burgers, sandwiches, and MEDIUM fries? Then I walk up to the window, tell them it 's wrong and they give me cold large fries (The fries were filled halfway) when they fix it. On top of everything, they forget the 4 piece that they somehow got right the first time.

Manager at night discriminates against the LGBTQ+ community. Made myself and my friend wait 30+ minutes for a hot n spicy and proceeeded to try and kick us out without giving us our food. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend going to this McDonald's unless you want to be harassed for ordering food here and he discriminated against.
