Dutch Bros Coffee - Scottsdale

Always amazing. First time at this location. Pretty smooth for a Sunday morning.

This is the 3rd time I've ever been to Dutch Bros. I got the Strawberry Horchata, delish. Great customer service. I need recommendations!Kid-friendliness: You can get any drink in a child size.

Went there just now to get coffee with my partner and the young girl at the window said that she didn’t want to take change and do a card payment because “it makes our job harder on this end” and didn’t even try when I know it’s possible because I’ve done it at this location and others before. She does not represent the Dutch bros aesthetic- she should not be an employee if she’s not willing to do her job. Handling cash is part of the job, so don’t complain. I usually like this Dutch bros but today she totally ruined the experience making it seem like we were inconveniencing her by being paying customers.

Completely empty drive thru line, girl who took the order was not friendly. I ordered a molten lava freeze and wasn't even done telling her my order and she rudely said will that be all, when there was clearly someone else in the car. Passenger ordered hers, we tried to hand her the phone to scan the app, she rudely said, they'll do that at the window. No thank you, she just walked off, didn't ask if we wanted add in's. We were the only car in drive thru when we pulled up so being rushed wasn't an excuse. The guy at the window was a bit more friendly. The freeze was watery, and I couldn't taste any cinnamon.Worst Dutch bros we ever been to.
