San Panini's Pizza - Scotchtown

Best pizza in town!!!! Family owned, A service, everything is awesome.

Horrible!!!!! We ordered shrimp scampi with salad and bread and a medium with pepperoni, extra sauce, extra cheese. And an order of zeppoles. They said 45 minutes. An hour and 38 minutes later, we're missing our bread and there's no sauce on the pizza. I call back and asked for a replacement and our bread. The scampi is six shrimp swimming in about three cups of broth. The zeppoles are old and hard on one side. I call back, but they're closed. When the delivery person came, I said I wanted my money back. She calls the manager and puts me on the phone. The manager commenced to argue with me about how they fixed my order when they were closing. If it was done correctly, there would've been no need to fix it. How does a restaurant serve sub par food and then argue with a person for not eating it? I've worked in restaurants for 25 years. She said then I should understand. I understand they tried to serve me old, wrong, inedible food and then gave me **** for not wanting to eat it. Ridiculous.

The food was great, i loved it and the staff was very nice

Just picked up a sausage, onion, mushroom pizza, and it was awesome! The dough is perfect; not too thick, not too thin, and it is light not overly heavy. This pizza was not greasy either. The toppings were great and very fresh. The gentleman making the pizza was very friendly and pleasant to order from. Great stuff, thank you! We will be repeat customers.

Good food service but they don't have any drink's for DIABETICS EVERY SODA HAS23-43 Gram's of SUGAR THAT'S WHY 4 stars
