My go-to Dunkin' for work. Convenient trip for coffee and exceptional customer service. They treat this regular well!

I went for a drive thru for the bagel to be toasted, it wasn’t. Really nice to ruin someone’s morning.

There is one employee that does not prepare the food with gloves. The employees do not show good customer service with the exception of one girl that’s always their name Erene. She exudes great customer service and always has a smile on her face. I was at the store when one of the guys got aggressive with her and I pray he loses his job. The short filipino lady does not know how to make the food there and I had to go back twice in one day because my orders were incorrect and the last time I went she burnt the stuff croissant so bad.
