I’m so tired of hiring the lady on the drive thru microphone in the mornings SIGHING loudly everytime I get a modification on my coffee. Loose the attitude or go somewhere else.

The service and food at this location has gone down so much over the past 6/8 mi the. We order Dunkin a lot, 95% of the time it’s the same few items. But when you order a half dozen donuts(6 chocolate w/sprinkles and 6 glazed) and you happen to be out of what I ordered please tell the customer upon pickup or write on the box you were out. I would have picked a different selection. This is Not toddler approved

I had a free reward on my app and used it on a matcha. I frequently get matcha from so many other places. They did not mix it in at all it was just straight milk. I am a barista myself and understand matcha is hard to mix in but this is just laziness. No matcha should ever be served that is this light. I was already having a bad day and this just made it worse. I tried to mix it myself but i couldn't and ended up dumping out the ice. Which, by the way, the drink is 90% ice. I just wish they had cared about me enough as a customer to look at that drink and saw it shouldn't be served. I looked up pictures of Dunkin matcha and it isn't supposed to look like this either. I chose to go to Biggby instead which is right down the road and got a better one.
