Stanley Burgers - SCORESBY

Fantastic burger, i got the double patty with cheese and mushroom to suite. It tasted amazing. The meat was grilled to just the right amount and beats a lot of the join chains out there definitely a good place to try in the south east.

I have been going to Stanley Burgers for the last 2 years or so and they never disappoint. The burgers are delicious and the fries are always hot and crispy. The staff are very welcoming and everyone is always smiling. Highly recommend Stanley Burgers.

It was okay. My partner enjoyed his Stanley burger, but I felt like it was lacklustre. For the almost the price of grill'd burgers I'd rather go there because the condiments and flavour here could be better. If you're looking for a quick easy meal and dirty burgers is your go to then I'd recommend it.

Our order disappeared after being collected by the uber eats driver (this part is not the resturants fault). 10 mins after receiving a delivery notification I rung the restaurant who informed me someone else had our order and they were sending someone to get it to us, fair enough. 30 minutes later i called the restaurant for an update at which point they told me my order had vanished and they were now closed and the kitchen had been shut down at which point I asked when they planned to inform me that I wasn't going to receive my food, seeing as i ordered 90 minutes earlier and they had no intention of fulfilling my order. Such a basic customer service skill to keep the customer informed (i gave them my mobile number in the first call), seems like they planned to ignore the fact my $65 order hadn't arrived and just take the money, I had to contact them to find out. It is a huge shame as we ordered regularly but are now put off using again. I can only assume the staff on shift were perhaps young and inexperienced and require more customer service training.

Tried this place for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I ordered the flathead. The fish tasted just like how I remember when you get it at a seaside fish and chips. The chips were full of flavour, yet didn’t taste like oil. Excellent service, friendly staff. Will definitely return.
