Kafe Abang J, Kudat - SCILLA

The place is amazing and the staff is friendly. The food is amazing but some like the vege is a bit bland and the sotong salted egg also taste a bit bland. Some of our order not arrive cause OOS but no one told us about it. Good thing we didn't wait for ot if not starve la kami but the staff is friendly when we ask if to check the item directly went to the kitchen to see. The water we order jug. We thought medium but we got one big jug worth the money! Overall its a good place will recommend to go again

Great place for someone who visit Kudat for seafood. The seafood is fresh and taste great. The owner is able to recommend the type of dishes and cooking style. The price is reasonable. Nice ambience and clean for tourist to visit.

Before I entered the cafe, i ask the staff whether the restaurant is halal and the staff said yes. We ordered some crispy fried squid and prawn. I’m the fan of this type of food and i would said the taste is up to my expectations. We enjoyed the food. The price was quite reasonable compared to my hometown in Peninsular. As per in the picture, it cost me rm113. Very recommended place to go.

We ordered: 1. Stim fish soy sauce Price: RM27.73 (depends on the fish and the market price) There's nothing special about it. The taste is just ok ok. There's not so much flavour in it. Rating: 7/10 2. Salted egg squid (any salted egg dishes need to add on RM3) Price: RM26.80 The squid is crispy. However, the taste is just ok ok. There is not much salted egg flavour in the dish. The salted egg squid is a dry salted egg, not liquid or watery salted egg squid. Rating: 6.5/10 3. Kangkung goreng belacan Price: RM12.80 The kangkung is ok, not so spicy, just nice. Rating: 8/10 Overall, the food is not bad. You need to take your own spoon and fork at the designated place which is a downside for this because of the hygiene issue. The toilet is clean which is very good. The environment and atmosphere is nice. Serve no pork

Price wise is okay. Location is good. The restaurant gives us a good first impression and that is why we chose this place. The staffs who served us are nice and patient. The reason why I minus one star is because the owners are not friendly. Maybe because my dressing is too simple on that night.
