Il Gabbiano - SCILLA

I had the opportunity to have lunch at the Gabbiano during my August holidays in Calabria and I was totally satisfied with it. Beautiful location, right in front of the sea, with the sound of the laugh on the pebble beach. The dishes, in which the flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean cuisine of our tradition are carefully prepared and tastefully presented. The service has the right times and is characterized by courtesy and familiarity. Very recommended.

Bad service if not null, very high prices, poor food, fish had passed. We had to ask at least 7 times the cutlery and napkins because they had brought the appetizer without these. The clam pasta was simple oil pasta not to mention the mussels simply flavored

Bad, staff is not at all efficient. He served us a very kind girl but for nothing professional. At the table to have the cutlery glasses and napkins we had to ask more than 5 times. We booked fish and it was not good at all, bad price quality thinking that food was not at all good and high prices. The bad appetizer all too salty, The pasta with the clams did not know for nothing of fish but of pasta with the oil, Secondly we took a plate of tuna with agrodolce onion and was a mix between raw tuna and gummy . We finally took the mussels that only knew about old. Let's get the pizza. I'm sorry, but it was a bad lunch. I don't think it'll be there next time. I put a star solting for the beautiful sea view.
