Visited with local business colleagues who this is one of the best in the area.. A variety of choices and catering for families.
We had a table reserved for dinner in the restaurant and wanted to spend a cozy evening. However, all had the feeling of being annoying and uneasy to come and not welcoming, an unpleasant atmosphere.
The simple of the wet, it was a nice try! it is Thursday a day before the thorn of the Easter holidays. from 18:00 clock there is the evening ticket in the hotel / restaurant adler. from Switzerland to eat well after tripadvisor. now the expectations of a night may be different! we ordered a mixed salad, or as written in the card a “bunt” salat. there was a “amuse bouche” with cucumber, seasoned and with chopped dillkraut as an aroma carrier. brot, two sorts fresh cut in good quality. the ordered salat 6 sorts on a middle salad plate in perfect preparation was quick on the table. the sauce of best quality not too sour but also not sweet as people in Germany like it. not to expose just good, fresh and tasty. after a short break came the ordered pfeffersteaks. a small and a normal portion, with rösti, as ordered by us, instead of the suggested pommes on the card. on the dish was a much too large, sweetheart as bean, carrot, zucchini and kohlrabi dressed well tasted but cooked to stak, several times damaged. less is more and not cooked, please! the Argentine pfeffersteaks looked delicious (medium,) were dressed on the dish in a good and tasty green pepper sauce. the separately ordered rösti was served instead of the pommes. after a few steak sections, a **** laugh has spread on the teller. No-Go! a well-hanged piece of meat, I say as profi, gives no more blood (medium) after roasting in the frying pan, on the teller off. we're talking or chef of eagle is there others. he told us his meat was directly from importer and is therefore without doubt top quality. I think they're sharing. I have not accepted a strong prestige for our nights, because the wet should learn to bring good quality to the table even if this quality is somewhat more expensive. we hope that a rethinking takes place, a few € for better quality (stored meat) saves that we are annoying and delights the gas. also a wet has to control what is served from his kitchen! trust is good control is better! nicely cooked, steaks do not depend we drive from the Swiss out for a good night after schopfheim
Very friendly! eating was great! Price performance top! ;) I must eat again the super Cordon beetle with a blue! :)
