As a long-time customer of the pizza house (I visited the shop at its old location on Bismarckstrasse), I recently paid another visit after a three-year break. The experience was characterized by proven solidity coupled with a few points that still offer room for improvement. The house 's pizzas have a dough with an appealing taste, but the problem occasionally arises that the dough is not completely baked in the middle. Nevertheless, the topping is of excellent quality and culinary value. A small point of criticism concerns the size of the large pizza, which in reality turns out to be a little smaller than expected. Furthermore, it would be desirable for the menu to indicate the sizes of the pizzas in centimeters to give customers a more precise idea. In view of these points, my rating unfortunately cannot reach the highest grade. Because of the criticisms mentioned, I give it four stars. However, I hope to see further improvement in the consistency of the dough as well as clearer representation of pizza sizes in the menu to optimize the overall experience for our valued customers.
