Very nice staff price-performance top despite staff shortage we wish good and happy to come back

Booking a room incl. Breakfast is made via Booking, the money was immediately debited from the account. Upon arrival, the booked room was not available despite the booking confirmation and the booking number.In the meantime, an apartment was offered and a further payment was required upon departure.For me, it is uncomprehensible to request a surcharge from a guest, although the booking and payment were made.The problem is obviously in the communication between the hotel and Bookig.

Were there for years and were very enthusiastic....Rooms and restaurant top. Unfortunately, this year the kitchen was closed due to lack of personnel. Nevertheless, the days were very nice again....Haffen soon again on the opening of the restaurant

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms and the service. I went to Poetry Slam in the hall of the hotel. It was worth seeing. A small hall with a small stage and a beautiful ceiling. The event was great. Here again a thank you to @notanasgirl for the touching lecture.
