Busy Beans Coffee Hire!

Wow what can I say about this coffee shop the food is absolutely gorgeous. So much love goes into everything they do and they are some of of the friendliest staff I have ever met. It's so nice to see a selection of vegan and vegetarian options and they are delicious! I don't know how she does it but her cakes but they are always perfect. This is a 30 minute drive for me but the food and coffee is second to non so I still regularly make the trip. Well done guys!!!

Where do I start?!25 minute wait for food that arrived cold.Unable to correctly take orders. I ordered without black pudding and my fiancé ordered without egg, both came with what we had requested not to have.Portion sizes are very small, might be worth getting the large breakfast if you are that of an average adult.Staff very rude, attempt to embarrass myself and my fiancé in front if other customers. No apologies, just blaming us that we should have informed them she was allergic to egg. Very argumentative woman.There is always a reason you ask not to have something, what ever that reason may be it shouldn’t matter. If you express your desire not to have something, then you should not receive.No apology just blame, don’t let the unicorns fool you.
