TGI FRIDAYS - Schererville

The waiters were handling alot due to not having people wanting to be hired. Great food and waiters making the best of it. Pleasant! Just have time and realize what they are dealing with.

The was food great that’s where my stars come from but the waitress whew i can’t remember her name but she has black hair with bangs she wasn’t attentive at all and it wasn’t even that many people here. My friend burger bun was super FLAT we had to go find her and ask for another one she didn’t ask us if we wanted refills or anything so once we received the bill we paid cash folded it up in the receipt n left the girl who was running the food from the kitchen was more concerned with us than our actual waitress. Keep the cook just get more attentive waitresses

Stopped here on the way back home to Wisconsin from vacation. Service was exceptional. Waiter and manager were very attentive and food came out quick. They must've been working hard to correct a few things! now the negative, their entrées are way too expensive. you can go over to Chili's and get that three for 10 meal and it's a great value. I sure hope TGI Fridays figure things out because they might be heading the same way many other restaurants are ...

I was stuck in waiting area for over half hour in a empty restaurant because I asked for a highchair for my 2 year old. Was told I had to wait til a table was available in a highchair section. By the time I got seated people who came in after me where leaving already done eating. Was brought to table and didn't have a highchair. When I asked about highchair I was then told I have to move to another table. After all said and done I enjoyed the food and the waitress was very nice and alert to our needs.

I should’ve known something would go wrong once I arrived and seen the sign on the door saying burgers were not being sold at this time. I experienced a few things during this visit. While the appetizers didn’t take long to receive, we waited a long time for saucers. One of my mozzarella sticks didn’t have ANY CHEESE in it, hardly any cheese pull when were finally able to eat. Who orders mozzarella sticks and expect NO PULL. Ridiculous. I wasn’t going to wait for fresh ones. My order came back with honey mustard sauce instead of barbecue sauce per my request. It then took a few employees to flag down to get the right sauce. One of the plates had stickers that were under the cooked and plated food as if it was cooked in the broccoli. Overall the food was okay, could’ve been better. Same for the waitress. It’ll take an invitation under certain circumstances for me to return. For the price of these meals there should be no room for error. I paid a pretty penny because we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation.
