I love hot pot and most things about this location but you really can’t justify waiting 30 mins for a broth refill especially when you’re only allotted a certain amount of time to eat.

Amazing. Took us a second to get the hang of how everything went but after that, Smooth experience.

First time there. Great experience. Everything was explained well,. The only thing I would recommend is to have fresh jalapenos as a spicy option on the buffet bar.

This restaurant has more potential to new unlocked. The aesthetic is nice and service is great but the quality of the slices of meat lowers the experience and the price attached with that lessens it even more. I would recommend to a friend in a month or so but not now.

The server did not remind us to order electronically … so we thought that our meat comes automatically since we told her that we wanted the $45pp package. So we kept waiting and asked the receptionist to follow up but the server did not come and say that we have not ordered electronically… She did not give us the tong and the long soup serving spoon. We requested a bday robot but she said no robot avail but when there was a robot available she said it’s out of battery. The restrooms were dirty it’s was disgusting
