Bidra med feedbackOk I’ve had good Mexican Food before, but wow everything here is so well seasoned it was amazing.Such a total find by the Schaumburg library… in a quiet little sleepy strip mall.I know I’m probably butchering this up, but for Mexican Independence they has a special Beria burrito in sauce, so we had that and steak enchiladas. The meat on both dishes were seasoned so well!We also had a mango and strawberry frozen margaritas and I could be wrong, but they tasted like real fresh fruit… not some mix. It was amazing, but word of warning they are huge so super filling :)The interior is very modern and also set up to be a sports bar as well. In terms of weather permitting seats… they seem to have the whole front courtyard and there seems to be plenty of seating outdoors as well.Parking: The strip mall’s parking is actually in the back so you have to turn into it from the side street instead of the main.
El Mero Mero has become a regular spot for us, for a good reason. Their menu never disappoints, and the drinks perfectly complements the delicious dishes. The inviting ambiance adds a touch to every visit.
The best Mexican food anywhere. Great staff, nice outdoor area. Love the fajitas, tacos and the best churros I’ve ever had. A family regular!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
Such a great spot! Awesome outdoor patio area. I ordered based on server recommendation (thanks, Ryan! and he was right on point—meal was delicious!
Solid Mexican place! Not the best, but not the worst either. I’ve been a few times and my fajitas just seemed like they needed more seasoning. I understand it’s tough with everyone preferring different salt levels, but I’m used to fajitas being more flavorful. That being said; the salsa is delicious, servers are nice, and the churros are definitely a must try. I’ll be back to try some more dishes and see if anything wows me.
