Since I've been doing the schnapps diploma, I've been here more often. schnapsidplom yes that there is actually more a gag, but the schnapsseminar was actually very interesting, and I have some experiences about how to make schnapps (and how to not be made). what makes me here are not only the really very good moments, but also the eating in the spicy building I really like. it's as rustic as the room, and I like it. insbesodnere the sparse and the suppe can be praised. unfortunately is only open on Saturday, as the concentration is based on the guidance of the farm and the production of good schnapps. I like to buy it. at the end of the samstage, on the farm of the farmer market, where other local farmers sell their product, kartoffeln apples etc., if I am there at all, I will also get the opportunity and buy the good local vegetables.
