Panera Bread - Scarsdale

I placed an order online and my husband picked up the order and when I opened the bag my Green Goddess salad had no eggs and less than 1/2 a cup of dressing. They didn?t put the tortilla chips for my Mexican corn chowder. Whoever is putting together theonline orders is doing it wrong and incomplete . People spend their hard earned money at your establishment and look forward totheir meals and you take away a good dining experience by doing a half a job. So if you order online for pick up make sure youcheck your order before leaving. SMH I will never order from this location again! Plus the salad didn?t look good ????

Placed a large order online. Was ready and waiting for me right on time. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I ordered a cookie and some mac and cheese. They failed to give me the cookie so I went back. Turns out they also gave me the wrong mac and cheese. I wasn’t going back again though so if you do order here, sit there and check absolutely everything in the order.

A Very Memorable Dining Experience at Panera Bread today! I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service provided by the staff, especially the tall African American gentleman I wish I got his name, was exemplary. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted and felt welcome which had already set the tone for a delightful meal. The menu offered a great variety of options, from their signature sandwiches and soups to salads and pastries. I opted for the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and I was not disappointed. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I also decided to indulge in a bowl of their Broccoli Cheddar soup, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Now, I must mention the exceptional service provided by the tall African American gentleman who was very friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience. I cannot recommend this Panera Bread highly enough. The food was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients, and the service provided by the staff, is truly outstanding. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their amazing food and exceptional service.

I don't know if the lady who has the morning shift likes me or not. One occasion I was there she was so rude because she had to wear several hats. She was quite frazzled and had no patience. The other occasion was when I ordered an Asiago bagel and got a cinnamon crunch bagel. I mentioned it to her when I went back. It was difficult for her to say sorry. I wasn't rude to her at all.
