Chipotle Mexican Grill - Scarsdale

On 10/05/2022 at 7:52PM this particular store did NOT have tomatoes, corn, and lettuce but yet they close at 10PM. There is still 2 HOURS LEFT UNTIL THE STORE CLOSES... but yet there was a lack of preparation at this store!! NONE OF THE MEMBERS even bothered refilling any of the toppings that I mentioned, even though they still had 2 hours left until closing. Another incident is when I showed up to the opening hour and they remained closed for another 15 minutes, the doors were unlocked and yet the set up was still incomplete. I figured they were having a bad day, short staff etc... however, after receiving the same treatment twice and its the same issue... (LACK OF FOOD PREPARATION DURING STORE HOURS). And how the other Yonkers locations have their own issues.... Chipotle you have lost a customer, I refuse to eat another incomplete order due to the lack of preparation from Chipotle staff and me still having to pay FULL PRICE. I will take my time and money elsewhere, thank you.

Yesterday I came with my husband and we got two burrito bowls with guacamole and the food was so delicious. The portions were great. It was very fulfilling. I still think that $15 for one is expensive but I?m happy that I had the Bogo coupon. I would?ve given five stars but because their ice machine wasn?t working other than that everything was good.

Chipotle corporate should step in here. This location is always dirty and struggles with staffing shortages (went in at noon today for lunch and they are taking online orders only; felt sorry for the three employees behind the counter). Chipotle is ordinarily convenient and a good value but this location makes me dislike the chain entirely.

Worst Chipotle Ever!! This place is disgusting. There is trash all over the floor and tables. There was no line and yet I waited for 15 min to get my food. The utensils bin was nasty and filled with dirty water! How was I supposed to eat my bowl with dirty utensils! Also, the barbacoa was raw! Overall nasty place and lazy workers. Even the Chipotle at the Bronx are cleaner! Pd: there?s a lady eating next to the trash can and the worker decides to take out the trash, can he at least wait for the lady to finish her meal?

The young man, with the pretty blue eyes, chiseled jawline and Soundcloud introduced himself to me while I asked for a burrito. While patiently for him to tell me they were out of chicken he ended up telling me his whole life story. We are now together. He is such a hardworking king. As far as the rest of the staff, I don't know them in this intimate way. Good luck!!!!
