Bidra med feedbackAfter a few false orders, we took a break for a while, understanding that Kovid was probably guilty. We finally went back and dimmed about two weeks ago. The place was practically empty and seemed perfect for lunch. The waitress seemed nice, but wasn't much help with the Allergen menu and seemed completely uninterested in the review for us after our food came. Some of my order was wrong, but nothing I couldn't live with. I finally earned my free Burger coupon, so I picked up an order the next week when I was in town. When I asked for the wheelchair, no one answered the phone, so I just walked in instead of pretending they were busy. No big deal, it happens. Go in and there are so much socializing within the staff and not enough customers to justify me having to board. My ENTIRE order was wrong and the broccoli was unusable. I made the adjustments as the allergy menu told me and it was shown in my confirmation email, but the entrance with my food showed no such thing. I can't have gluten, egg or milk and the burger came out on a bungalow with Mayo. I couldn't eat of this order. I paid a tip for food that I had to go in and then couldn't eat. With what is said, it is probably great for the rest of the world, but we have decided that it is not worth our money and certainly time to visit this facility more. We stay with local restaurants where the costs seem equal or less, but the quality is far beyond.
Dear Red Robin, YUM! My black and blue burger was sooo much thinner than the previous version, but still good! Waitress was amazing and Cass at the door was so inviting, really give a WOW factor! excellent service of personnel, bad administration it seems, limited hours and the manager visited only 2 tables instead of all what is the point...
Remember when Clark and family got all the way to Wallyworld and it was closed? We went upstairs to eat at a week-night because someone in the family wanted to eat there. As with the Griswolds we have there and the place was closed. Why? Because they only have dinner hours on Friday and Saturday night! I understand that every short employee is, but is it really better to be open 11-4 vs say 4-10?
When you get out, open the bag and take a look at your order before you go. We came home and every burger had very few pommes. And for a place that says groundless pommes! Previous visit was Dine-in and service was slow but friendly. Don't expect much and you may not be disappointed.
Family and I had a great meal. We were seated right away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved my smokehouse burger and sweet potato fries.
