Love the Gluten free Cod n chips crisp batter, no skimping on sauces, service good and recommend this place, they also do GF menu with veg lasagne veg chilli etc and more. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY Would give it 0 stars if it would let me, Today me and my family decide to eat here on arrival was told up stairs, fine no issues with us, so took my child out of their pushchair and took it upstairs to be told no the pushchair stays downstairs (this meant taking everything off the buggy and to be put next to other customers as there is no buggy parking as we were trying to sort it out the manager walked off into the kitchen muttering about us so the other staff started laughing! Absolutely no need, especially when there were 8 of us who were going to have full meals! I was honestly so embarrassed and shocked at their customer service. We left and went down to the Golden Grid, who were absolutely fantastic and can see why people pay the price to eat there. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go here unless you want to be insulted and made to feel like rubbish! Kid-friendliness: DEFIENTLY NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
