Where do I start ??? we came into your restaurant sat down on table 1 the the wife wanted a festive chocolate. When the gentleman at the bar told me that they have none available. So I went and told the wife and she asked me to ask for a deluxe, hot chocolate and when the hot chocolate came, they were just normal, hot chocolate, no cream, marshmallows, or flake. So my wife sent us back a kept man and it was absolutely freezing, so he swapped the wife for a cup of tea. The guy went away to get a teaspoon for the tea came back. The teaspoon was absolutely sticky. Then the starters came. It was a sharer starter and we asked for two sideplates what were dirty. So the young girl went away and brought us two clean ones. We finish the starter what was the average they took the plates away, and brought us our sizzlers if you can call them sizzlers. So again I called the manager and the lady by the time the manager came she changed the sizzlers what was discussing. So we went back to the bar where the manager really didn’t care sorry but I think some staff need more training how to present, food and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
