Bidra med feedbackThere plastic object in my sandwichI came from Vietnam and heard there is Dong Khanh bakery. Was so thrilled to try it. My husband and I went in the store on Saturday morning before lunch time. The place was dead and empty. Most shelves do not have enough bake goods for display although it is morning still. The floor is dirty and sticky. When my husband and I decided to order 2 Saigon Banh Mi. I saw their steam buns station very dirty, no cleaning for week at least because of all the build up (I should have taken a picture). My husband wanted to cancel the order after I pointed out but the lady was already making the banh mi for us so I told my husband it is ok.Guess I should have listened to him because there was a plastic object in my banh mi when I ate it. Hopefully, none of us would get diarrhea after this.It is such a shame and dissapointing.
A great family run Vietnamese Bakery, all got their curry pastry, and banh mi and banh
Called store to order a cake several times with no answer, outgoing voicemail message does not state any hours of operation or temporary or emergency closure. Hours online list the hours of operation and was supposed to be open today. I drove 25 mins to the bakery only to find it closed, no sign whatsoever. Very frustrating!
This place has a very welcoming staff and the food is extraordinarily above average for a Chinese bakery. I will definitely be going there again. Very impressive.
One of the best bakery stories I have ever visited. Bread is very tasty and the staff is very pleasant.
