Great effort overall. student staff were maintaining professional environment. high concentration of foot traffic outside the restaurant due to classes. placement leader raising his voice at the trainees is bad form. brussel sprouts undercooked, and cod was disgusting. washrooms were not clean and low in stock. not conducive to this environment and and missed the mark of a restaurant of this supposed calibre. value of food, in-season menu, tableware, materials, furnishings, layout were well thought-out. perhaps today was off. will try once more in a couple weeks.

Service friendly and courteous but could have been faster. Had full meal .excellent. but would be rushed if have only one hour between classes.

Students serve, so bring your patience. All 3 courses brought at once even drinks! Could have brought those earlier. Food quality outstanding, great value, creative menu. Lots of caring great take out area as well.

After trying their new menu, I can see myself visiting again. Tried the cod with the deep fried cauliflower with the apple turnover cake as a dessert. The taste and the presentation was superb! Servers (students) must learn to prioritize. I always end up getting my beverage the same time my food comes out. Overall, great place to visit. Truly a hidden gem!

Great experience, and great opportunity to support Centennial College and its Hospitality students. Very good food, and so fresh and innovative. Excellent value!
