Another update about this location. 18 minute wait for a breakfast combo. Laughable. Got the new mighty McMuffin with double the bacon. That is not what you get here. The same 2 small pathetic strips that you get on the normal one. Don’t fall for the scam to grab more moneyBrutal. The only thing you have to do is put food in the bag and you still forget the hash brown. Just friggin unbelievable. When a customer PAYS for something they shouldn’t get screwed over because of incompetent employees. This is the 3rd time I’ve been screwed over here, I come here because your across the street from me. Manager you need to do better. Your employees don’t get it. Check the other reviews of screwed up orders. Take some pride hey?
I want to caution people of ordering food here. If you go inside and look at the back they are preparing food WITHOUT GLOVES ON. That is so unsanitary. The only way they get the order right is if you order on those digital screens.
Very worst customer service by one of the crew (Asian-Chinese looking guy), we are doing Ubereats with my husband. I was helping my husband to pick up orders, he was on the parking area to park the car, I went ahead of him on the store and approach somebody in the counter. Then this guy rudely told me that I am not suppose to pick up the order, it should be my husband. I already hand him the phone with all the info, he said I will not give to you the order in a very rude manner (a lot of people watching). We have been doing this multiple times, never did happen to us that the crew will refuse to give the order. Well, I don’t know with him, probably he was on his worst day but should not the way you treat your customer or stakeholder in this case.
Ordered hotcakes and the egg muffin with bacon and sausage. Recieved the order and there was no syrup or fork in the paper for the hotcakes when I went back to get it no one was willing to help me and then the manager said I put them it the bag. So I got the cashier to get it for me maybe she should be the manager be she was friendly and knew how to treat a customer. Oh and I went back to the bag. There was no syrup or fork.
