Bidra med feedbackI went to this restaurant for lunch and tried the new dish, Spicy Beef Ramen. I also added two slices of pork on thick noodles. The atmosphere was great and the service was quick and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant and definitely come back. Thank you.
The ramen soup was delicious, but the corn was missing from our dishes until we asked for it. The staff at the restaurant were all very friendly and hospitable. Traditional ramen typically includes sprouts, and the garlic ramen should have roasted garlic instead of raw garlic to enhance the flavors in the dish.
My family and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm. We enjoyed the pleasant dining atmosphere, high ceilings, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the restaurant, which was a welcome change from the crowded downtown locations we usually visit. However, we were very disappointed with the slow service. While the servers were friendly, they were extremely inattentive, turning what should have been a quick meal into a 2-hour ordeal. It took us a while to place our order, which was done on an iPad, and we waited over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Meanwhile, tables near us had arrived after us and already finished their meals. When we inquired about our order, we were told it was delayed due to a 'slow internet connection' and were assured it was coming soon. When the food did arrive, it was delicious. We had takoyaki, ramen, chicken karaage, gyoza, and cheesecake. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and hot and moist on the inside, and the noodles and broth were tasty. However, there was confusion about our cheesecake, and we waited 15 minutes after our meal before it arrived. Despite requesting the bill quickly, it took some time to get our server's attention, and we finally paid at 10:35pm. While the food was good, the slow service was a major drawback.
Food is delish. My husband who loves ramen was so happy with what we ordered and the variety of options in their menu. We did not wait too long before our order was served. Staff are friendly and greet/thanks every customer as we enter and exit. Willdefinitely go back.
We ordered a two-person set lunch that included two ramen, one gyoza, and two beverages. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the gyoza, especially my fiancé, who dislikes the steamed version, but we didn't like for theramen; it was a little bitter and flat, and it didn't taste like authentic Japanese ramen.
