Boston Pizza - Scarborough

We went just before lunchtime on a Sunday. Our server was incredibly nice and helpful, but she was the only one serving the entire area. It wasn't super busy, but there were enough tables ordering and finishing up at the same time that it made it tricky for her to juggle multiple tables.The brunch item I ordered was incorrect (I got a vegetarian omelette instead of another one), which was fine, but it wasn't well cooked (it was on the dry side, as were the potatoes).Ultimately, it was okay in terms of a meal, but nothing special, though definitely not unexpected. It's currently kids eat free, so that was helpful too.

Just showed up and asked to sit on the patio, no customers were in sight, only us. Finally a server saw us, came and put some side plates down, then no one came back to check on us or take our order….we waited about 10-15 mins, looked inside and saw 2 servers behind the bar talking to each other and not paying attention to anyone or anything. After realizing the service was going to below average we decided to walk down the street to Jack’s where we were welcomed promptly and had our order taken right away. Your Managment team should look at the security footage to see this experience. Very disappointing…09/03/2023 2-3pm

The exterior of the restaurant looks nice. The food is average. The service was ok. Comfort food at somewhat above average price.

Dined on the patio for my birthday dinner, and Shiv was phenomenal! Made my birthday and dining experience an amazing one, me and my sisters really enjoyed the food and her services. Shiv went above and beyond in his services. We will be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends and family.

Oooh! This location became my favorite after ONE visit! We had a small issue about my ESA that was fixed very fast, had a small issue with the food which, once again fixed very fast. The people are so friendly you feel like you're walking into a friend's house. The patio is gorgeous! I absolutely recommend coming here for your Boston Pizza destination, hands down.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. The bar is separated and discrete, there are booster seats and high chairs. Plus, there's a kid's menu.
