Value that can seldom be found elsewhere and perfectly situated to explore the local cathedral and Sistine Chapel. We returned several times.
A perfect place to have a panini or an italian aperitivo while discovering downtown Savona. Everything is tiny but so good and the owners really friendly. Just sit down among the locals and enjoy!
If you come out of the Pinoteca Civica (MUA when it closes at 1.30pm you can barely miss Pane Nudo as it is under the same archway. I was tempted by the blackboard to have a panino dei martiri, speck tomato and cheese, and it was excellent. Toasted and nice crunchy bread, it was everything a panino should be. Sat down and had that at a table (5€ and thought that good value. However a glass of Ligurian white Pigato (from Albenga? was charged at 6€ (they had wine varieties on a board but no prices which I thought was a bit steep (given I had a whole bottle of Pigato the night before in a restaurant for 15€! . Maybe it is part of a 'table tax ' type system? Otherwise an atmospheric place to have a bite however.
Every day a different sandwich, fresh and quality products, meat, cheese, sublii, sauces. great also their sweets, to try. also valid for aperitifs.
Very delicious sandwiches. service good.
