Because a group already booked for 20 people wanted to add 8 people. Thank you to the manager for ruining the party for the benefit of the money. I wanted to tell you that I came very often in your establishment and we were very numerous. I will never give a foot back to your establishment, nor my friends, nor my staff, nor my family, nor to my very great address book to whom I advised your establishment. today and believe me I will take care of them not recommending your establishment. It is not a customer that you lose, not 20 but a hundred and the mouth in your ear goes very fast today faster than a sms or a social network.
