Since it was our first time, we have more menu than I would normally get, especially since the plates were quite large. We had the soft Bretzel, crispy brussel sprouts, Munchner schnitzel, Welsh Glamorgan Sausage, Thüringer Brat, Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, Rotkraut and Spatzle. The food we had was amazing. Some preferences worth mentioning, the Welsh Glamorgan Sausage was a vegetarian entree, but it is worth checking even if you are a meat eater; it's an amazing cheesy, crispy thing that's just great. The Munchner schnitzel was perfectly cooked, although I would have loved a little more riding in it than what I had; nevertheless delicious. The thuringer brat was great, no idea how to describe it, but it definitely has different spices in it as your traditional brat. The sparrows and Potato Salad were great, but the red herb was absolutely fantastic when you look at it or something else definitely try the red herb. I was somewhat unimpressed with the sauerkraut, it was less sour than what I'm used to, and unlike some German restaurants I did, it didn't taste like it was cooked in any bacon or something, but I could be wrong (I didn't get here wrong, it was still very good, probably my least preferred thing we ordered, and I'll probably get something else).
So great place! The staff is really friendly. Food is amazing. Get the sprouts and add the cheese. The meatballs are amazing and the Schnitzel Sandwich is amazing. The tap beer is the upper notch. Try the Christmas bomb while they have it.

Big beer house. Food was delicious and they offer vegetarian and vegan options. Delicious spit and sausage. The German cucumber side was very delicious. So many beer choices and wine.
Always a great time. Marshall and Co are here. Whether a local beer or esoteric Belgian. It's in the right glassware. Not stuffy. Laidback Chill Vibe. Kitchen rocks fun food.
