Starbucks Coffee - Savannah

I think this location needs more employees. the waiting time for a venti iced matcha tea latte lasted 20 minutes, and no one was before me.

I don't normally comment or give reviews but I really felt the need to share just how good my experience was! This isn't the starbucks I normally go to but it was closer to where I needed to be. Anyway I have a bad dairy allergy so I HAVE to have my drink made a certain way or I could get sick and one of their employees [I'm pretty sure the name tag said joni I hope I'm right] was so extremely nice about it and didn't make me feel bad. Highly recommend ??

I was here twice in 2 weeks and both times had to wait over 40 minutes for mobile ordering also to strange times of the day. no very reliable or fast position.

Never had any issues with mobile orders. Drive thru moves at a steady pace.Dietary restrictions: Several dairy free options

Probably not the best policy to tell mobile orders that they were doing cafe orders first.
