Sakura Place Japanese - Savannah

I think this place shut down. I passed by July 5th to go for dinner and the main sign is gone, signs reading OPEN and GRILL were off, called the phone number and it was disconnected.

Best sushi in Georgetown. They don't use tuna in can a certain other Japanese restaurant in Georgetown. Owner will be closing up shop here shortly to go off into retirement. Get it while you can! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Sushi

This is my absolute favorite sushi place in Savannah!! Everytime I come home from California I HAVE to stop here for the Dream Roll. It’s the most amazing sushi roll!!! Their shrimp sauce/spicy Mayo and eel sauce is perfectly made. This place is truly a hidden gem of Georgetown/Savannah!! Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
