Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Savannah

Has been at this location several times and they are always sold from several items. it was the same situation today, but to make the dinge worse, the huh has a burned taste. it didn't look burned so that the bratöl had to have been dead. looks like I'd wait 45 minutes at the Victory stand when I need a chickensammy repair.

OMG...no customer service ever! the little rude maiden name marissa, has the simple order repeatedly grounded and refused to come into the window to discuss that it will be corrected! the worst of all male mgrs working with her on 6/28, my gast kept his line! the two belong together somewhere where they can talk, hear each other because they can certainly take care of less about the customers! this place is gone. pick her marissa some customer service classes, she needs it bad! ? I will not plan back to contact companies about their management!

I came thru the drive-thru @6pm today and the person on the speaker was very pleasant and nice. Then when I came to the window Manager Mr Keith Ms Monique made sure my order was fresh, accurate fast. This is most definitely THE BEST POPEYES in Savannah GA

All I wanted was a Apple pie. When I ordered they told me it would be a seven minute wait. As soon as I pulled up it was ready like 2 min later. I get it it’s ice cold. I give it back and ride back around to the window after sitting there for 7 mins. The lady inside tell the drive thru lady well she will be waiting 7 more, tell her to pull up. The lady at the window didn’t want to repeat what she said so when she looked at me I said I heard pull up.

Usually Popeyes is pretty good. I don’t get it very often, but the few times I’ve had it I was never disappointed.Unfortunately, this time I think I was given some chicken that had gone bad. It tasted really funky. I hope this is a one-time fluke. But I’m really picky about chicken, so this bad experience will probably keep me from coming back to this location.
