Went to Jack's for lunch today and the woman working the counter had to be one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. She was clearly annoyed about something as she had an attitude with us as we were ordering even rolling her eyes at my dad while he was placing his order. I know everyone has bad days but at least be somewhat friendly if you are going to work the counter. Service: 1
