It's great to get a root beer boat. Had the fish several times and it was always hot and good.

The fish was hard and boiled, the shrimps were OK, the Hush puppies were best, but the butter (melted) tasted Rancid! I probably won't try the fish pieces there again.

I've been a long time since I had Long John Silvers, as I passed through Savannah Tn, I decided to drive and take a lunch as I traveled. LJS went out of business in Lexington, Tn, so I don't have the opportunity very often. The drive had only 1 vehicle in front of me and when I saw the prices, I said that's why they're a little slow. The prices have been quite increased since the last time I had LJS. The fish, chicken and shrimp meal I ordered was of the good quality I remembered years ago and I enjoyed the food as usual. The shrimps were delicious, the fish were great and the amount of each were abundant. The service was acceptable, I just waited a few minutes, but the food was very hot and fresh. There were a few people in the dining room and there was plenty of help to serve the counter and drive thru. If you want a good old fashion LJS, simply pull in and they will serve you well!

Everything was prepared well. Good friendly customer service. Clean dining room and bathroom.

The burgers are similar to a Wendy's but the chicken fingers are hand breaded and pretty good. Four stars instead of five because the rootbeer was out in the lobby soda fountain. I told the counter employee, which promptly filled it from the drive thru fountain.... after i ate my meal and wentcto get a cup for the road, it was still out 20 minutes later. I decided to get Dr Pepper instead to not be any trouble and it was also out. I let them know about both sodas and got a Pepsi for the road. The food was good, the service was great, but the lack of attention to important details detracts from customer experience and honestly, employee efficiency. I definitely recommend a stop. They have $5 meals that come with an ice cream sundae to boot! Great value and i will come again.
