The Trident - Sausalito

This was my first time dining at Trident. Our group of 5 all ordered different lunch entrees and we all agreed that the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We found a new spot to bring our out-of-town guests when we explore the Bay Area and visit Sausalito.

The Trident is a fantastic spot for drinks and dinner with a stunning view of San Francisco, Angel Island, and the bay. It's recommended to bring a sweater if dining outside. The drinks and food at The Trident are top-notch. However, it might be best to avoid going on holidays such as Mother's Day, as it can get very crowded and impact the kitchen's ability to handle orders. Despite this, the staff were accommodating and had no issue with us returning a meal that wasn't cooked to our liking. Prices have gone up, but this seems to be a trend at many establishments, not just The Trident. We may be dining out less often, but will continue to return to our favorite spots.

Amazing place. the food, the views and the service was all exceptional. we will definitely be back.

Fabulous view, beautiful old building with gorgeous stainglass right on the water!! The food and drinks are outstanding but the wait Staff is the BEST!!! I go over there from the penninsula at least once a month to meet up with a friend. We have been going there since the 60’s!!! It’s a one of a kind experience!!!

I’ve been to the Trident quite a few times and this last visit’s service in terms of our waiter wasn’t as hood as usual. The hostess’s were lovely as were the waiters help staff but his attitude wasn’t friendly. Otherwise, The Trident is a go to when in Sausalito.
