Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Service was a little slow tonight but the food was great.

I went through the drive thru. I am a regular Zaxby’s customer as we travel around the South a lot. Been to many. Today’s experience at the St Augustine Zaxby’s on Ponce Deleon was horrendous. They got my order wrong, which is fine, I know mistakes happen. But the two young ladies made it MY problem and were completely put out by my request for a soda, which was part of my original order. They made it clear I ruined their day with this request. I’ve never been treated this poorly and I guarantee I’ll never be coming back here again.

Great opportunity when hotel next door shut the door for food super early and there are not many options available around. A lot of food for not to much money.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, will definitely go back

Not a big fast food person, but needed tailgate food. The young man at the counter was super helpful and flexible. And the chicken and nibbles were a hit!
