Bidra med feedbackVery good address. this restaurant full center of Angers is remarkable by its decoration and the colors of its windows. The kitchen prepared by the boss himself is excellent and refined. Cooking and fish preparation are always perfect. All cooked products are fresh and frozen (the boss even makes his market every morning). The boss warmly welcomes you and advises you to choose your menus. An address not to be missed.
Remarkable frame and felt. The Jean Hotel François is of remarkable courtesy and efficiency. As for the chef and his unmatched joviality, he is more than at the top of a refined and copied cuisine. As for the very good quality ratio
Very pleasant frame, excellent kitchen, reasonable rates and very welcoming staff. I recommend this establishment!!
Run away! ... Otherwise, you will pass the door of a restaurant where the old-fashioned decor will put you in the mood. The menu is without choice, but a priori, this is not a bad sign. Appetizer of puff pastry and Gruyère, really very average for a restaurant (even in a brasserie! . Then for a menu at 29€, you are served a green salad just out of its bag, with vinegar (give them a recipe for vinaigrette! , covered with slices of very low-end smoked salmon from your supermarket, also out of its bag, neither cut nor worked. Not even a sprig of chives, a slice of lemon, a bit of butter... Both the main course and the dessert, better, but no more, would belong on a €15 or €18 menu. All this accompanied by a wine, also seeming to come out of a supermarket. To top it off, the service is very average. The waitress and her very heavy perfume, the wine which is neither on the table nor served... In short, if you want to eat well, and without scams, choose another restaurant or cook yourself. Otherwise, we will have warned you! (Original Fuyez! ...
