L'Auberge Saint Pierre - Saumur

Nice discovery! Home cooking we feasted even if at the beginning we were dubitative. The less just star for dessert that was not the same quality as the rest of the menu. It's a shame, but it's a redo!

A nice surprise during a stopover in Saumur, this hostel is really worth a visit, finally fresh and very well cooked products, beef tartare cut with delicious knife and dorade chimishuri sauce an explosion of flavors! Very good reception and service! We'll come back with our Vendée brioches!

Great reception with the good mood and humour of the manager. Quality dishes and very good. The donkey egg should pass to the map!! Very good advice from the waiter for the choice of wine to accompany the beef tartare. Get your eyes closed!!
