Service Grill Pizza - Sault Ste. Marie

I haven't ordered from this restaurant in a while because their Skip the Dishes menu is different and quite expensive compared to the in-restaurant menu. However, we decided to dine in and sit by the fireplace. It was a huge mistake. I ordered chicken fingers from the adult menu and got two small pieces instead of a proper meal. My partner ordered a hot Hamburger, but instead got an open face sandwich disguised as a burger. This kind of mix-up is unacceptable and is disheartening for customers. This will be the last time we order from here. The service was so bad that it left us feeling embarrassed and disappointed.

I just want to write a quick review that I needed a very fast dinner as I had a very busy day. When I phoned with the staff at the service grill, I knew that my experience would be excellent....He was polite, he was patient and he was very friendly. You had my order in 20 minutes. My food was hot, they listened to my special request, the taste was brilliant, could not be happier.

We were in your facility before you love your wonderful pizza, today for viruses we ordered a ride. I opened house box, smallest medium pizza with the worst hard rock crust. Hardly any toppings... it will be hard to go back to your restaurant... it wasn't fair.

It is hard to get a bad dish of food in SSM, but service grill takes the cake. Their pizza, their wings, basically everything on their menu they knock out of the park. Great service, they offer delivery and even if you order take...out and it is not quite ready.... You can take a place at the bar and have a quick drink while you wait and watch some sports.

They have been serving great pizza for at least 5 decades. Another member of the Soo 'S pizza hall of fame, in my opinion. Nice atmosphere for dining in.
