We love replacing the soup with something else. This is definitely our place for Chinese food. Waiting is not long and the food is always fresh!!!

This is our favorite restaurant in Soo. Your food is hot, delicious and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. The reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is for one reason. I hate hate your card readers asking for a tip. I'm against tilt culture. Employers must pay their employees a living wage, it is not the customer's task to subsidize low wages.

Honestly for classic Canadian Chinese cuisine it is very good. Not too expensive. Our family of 4 can eat for about $40.

Website says 8:00 on Friday. Two times I called 6:45 and someone answered that they were closed. If you are too busy to take more orders to ensure that you are at reasonable time, I empathize. But then put this on the website. No. Fully understandable request that a reasonable customer would understand. To post a closing time and tell me that you are closed an hour and fifteen minutes before a customer makes feeling lied and unimportant. In reality, this evaluation would be a 4 or 5 as the food is delicious and abundant. A small change makes a great effect people either for good or bad.

I wasted $33. So disappointed in the customer service, the portion size and lack of sauce on everything. I thought maybe it was an oversight the last time I ordered but it's worse this time. I won't be ordering from what was my favorite restaurant ever again.
