Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

Not my first bad experience till today I’ve been complaining to the staff but nothing has changed today as well I had to reach somewhere asap and the bus was waiting on me but this lady (close to 30-35, working on food and lobby brownish blonde hairs pink Apple Watch hazel eyes description because she was not giving me her name) she deliberately stalled making my drink which was just a hot chocolate she took 7 minutes and made me miss my bus and was smirking when the bus left. Idk what reason may there be. But this is going to change.

Wasnt good enough . Asked for double toasted bagle but it wasnt toasted at all. Even when i asked they told it was punched wrong even order was double . Coffee isn’t blended good. Worst tim here in soo.

Last Thursday went to take coffee at night time and worker didn’t gave coffee as i was walked for coffee for 1 Km and i told worker i am on truck and he said you have to bring car if want coffee and said what he can do if you drove truck.. so idiot don’t know how i can make truck in drive thru with trailer stupid.

Service kinda sucks after 5 pm, most of the time they will not allow customers to use the washroom
