The Manufacture - Aix et terra

We came to dinner based on the great reviews and pictures. Apart from the fact that the environment is beautiful, I simply cannot agree with these many good reviews. The service was terrible. The lady who served us had such a disgusting attitude and we were so hungry after a long journey that we raised with her attitude, otherwise we would have gone. My eight-year-old son needed like four seconds to make sure his mind what he wanted to eat while she took the order and that already upset her great time and ensured that we knew it. At that time she took an eternity just to bring us the menu, water forever, wine only after we remembered them twice. The food was average. Most prefabricated items can be bought in the showroom/restaurant.

This is a showroom/shop with connection industrial size kitchen that produces local products. They serve lunchtime in the showroom/shop with open kitchen. The staff is friendly, but they do not speak English very well, so take your time to discuss what you buy to take home or what you lik prepare them for lunch. The daily menu is €15, . The products they produce and they offer for sale are not cheap but of great quality. It is located directly on the N7 motorway and there is a gas station right in front that offers low fuel prices.

L'entrée était excellente avec de très bons produits, par contre très déçu par le plat principal, carppacio de bœuf, celui-ci était à moitié noir, moi-même je ne l'aurais pas servi, nous l'avons fait remarquer, on nous a simplement répondu que cette viande venait d'un boucher et qu'ils n'avaient jamais eu de problème !

Le concept est original: production et vente de produits locaux dont on peut voir la fabrication par les baies vitrées de l'atelier donnant sur le magasin. Un coin de l'espace est réservé à la restauration laquelle est convenable pour certains plats mais qui demande à progresser, si elle doit être une "vitrine" de leurs produits; tant pour leur conception que pour la préparation: les raviolis baignent dans l'huile par exemple... On passe facilement sur le temps de service un peu long grâce à l'amabilité de la serveuse. Nous avons cependant trouvé le rapport qualité prix excessif.
