Burger King - Saukville

We came to eat breakfast and between waiting in the drivetru to order and the food it took 34 minutes I could have went to my favorite sit down restaurant and had it in 20 minutes. Plus it was cold. How could it be cold if I waited that long. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1

Over 15 minutes and still no service, the guy at the drive through couldn't take the order right. Another driver and myself left after no one was served for more than 15 minutes. Went 6 miles away to a McDonald's instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I attempted to order from the Burger King drive-thru. While they took my order quickly, the wait time was excessive. After over 20 minutes, and being only the second car from the window, I didn't receive my order. Surprisingly, there were only two employees present. If staffing is a challenge, perhaps it's better to temporarily close rather than compromise customer experience. It's disheartening to see such staffing issues in the fast-food sector.
